Refund policy
1. General:
Due to safety and hygiene considerations, Rosten Inc. does not accept returns on food items.
If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect you can contact sales@rosteninc.com and we can discuss a refund. Use the following way of wording the email subject: RETURN + product name.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or it is not the correct item that you ordered, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the product. In returns Rosten Inc. will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email our customer service at sales@rosteninc.com with a description of the issue and any relevant photos to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Use the following way of wording the email subject: RETURN + product name.
-Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address: Rosten Inc. 2051 Old Coochs Bridge Rd, Ste 500, Newark, DE 19702
We will review the situation and provide instructions for the return or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange as quickly as possible. Please allow 5 to 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
